Professional, Loving Teachers. Sunshine Acres is known for having excellent teachers.  Even part-time teachers must agree to several hours of video and in-service training in addition to the experience and training they bring to the job.  We carefully look for teachers who are not only skilled but are loving, dedicated, and good examples for the children.

Christian Education. This is a non-denominational program that strives to expose the children to basic concepts that most Christian churches share.  We have always had many children of other faiths and parents have been pleased with the way our teachers have handled this program.  Our parents have been very supportive of this program over many years.

By Now, we hope you have seen that the Sunshine Acres Preschool and Kindergarten is a very sophisticated program utilizing many creative materials and the hard work of equally creative teachers.  That is why we call our program “More than Montessori.”  We are thankful for the strong parental support that has allowed us to develop such a fine program.  We enjoy the happy comments and letters we receive every year.  But, the best feedback is your child’s smile each day.
